Using the tools

Use the tools for your own work or your clients’ work. Do not use them to break the law, to attack the service, or to resell access to it. Automated or scripted use is not allowed: a hard limit of twenty runs an hour applies to every IP address, whatever your credit balance or plan, and exceeding it returns an error rather than consuming credits. Tools may be rate limited or withdrawn if that limit is being worked around.

Credits and billing

There are three tiers. Without an account you get 25 credits to start, shared across every tool, with no email address required; that allowance is one-time and does not renew. A free account, which needs only an email address, gets 10 credits a month. Pro is $15 a month for 500 credits and includes every tool, bulk runs, export and saved history. Tools cost different numbers of credits per run and each tool page shows its own cost; a credit is only spent on a successful run, never on one that fails. You can cancel at any time, and a refund is available within fourteen days of a payment, no questions asked.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you paste in and to what the tools give back. SERPish claims no ownership of either and no licence to reuse them beyond running the tool for you at the moment you ask. You are responsible for having the right to submit whatever you submit.

Availability

The tools are provided as they are, with no uptime guarantee. Tools are added, changed and sometimes retired. If a tool you rely on is being retired, notice will go out in the changelog and the newsletter before it happens, and Pro subscribers get at least thirty days’ notice.

Liability

Tool output is advisory and is generated by AI models, which get things wrong. Check anything before you publish it or act on it. To the fullest extent the law allows, SERPish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tools, and any direct liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York. If something goes wrong, email emily@serpish.com first, because most problems are settled faster that way than through a court.
